Your care should be easy to reach. With Advanced Primary Care, members have convenient access to their provider and care team by phone, email, text, and patient portal.

When you need care, you should not have to wait weeks to be seen. We make every effort to offer same-day and next-day appointments when available and appropriate.

Care should not stop just because you are not in the office. With telehealth services, members can connect with Advanced Primary Care from home, work, or even while traveling. Whether you have a question, need follow-up care, or need help deciding your next step, telehealth gives you convenient access to care no matter where you are.

Your health deserves time and attention. Our visits are designed to be relaxed and unhurried, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns, and feel heard.

Your membership includes an annual physical focused on prevention, personalized care, and wellness goals. We take time to review your health, discuss risk factors, and help you create a plan for better long-term wellness.

Routine lab panels, including CBC, CMP, lipid panel, TSH, and hemoglobin A1c, are available for only $20. Additional labs and imaging may be available at deeply discounted or wholesale pricing when available.

As a family medicine practice, Advanced Primary Care performs select routine office procedures, including wart, mole, cyst, and skin tag removals, breathing treatments, and ear irrigation. These services are available to members at deeply discounted rates when appropriate.

Well child exams are included for members. Please note that Advanced Primary Care does not currently provide pediatric immunizations. Families may contact their local health department or local pharmacy for immunization options, depending on age eligibility and insurance coverage.
